1.Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

1.1 Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Captain Crypto Super Slots platform ("Platform"), operated by MaxResults4U Business Solutions, Campione Infrastructure Division, a Florida-based business entity ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

1.2 Eligibility Requirements

To use the Platform you must meet ALL of the following requirements:

• Not have a previously terminated or suspended account on our Platform

1.3 Age Verification

We reserve the right to verify your age at any time. If you cannot verify your age upon request, your account will be suspended and any unredeemed Sweeps Coins will be forfeited. This Platform is not intended for use by minors under any circumstances.

2.About Our Platform — Sweepstakes Model

2.1 What We Are

Captain Crypto Super Slots is a social sweepstakes gaming platform. We offer casino-style entertainment games (slots, table games, and other games) that can be played using virtual currencies. Our Platform is structured as a promotional sweepstakes under applicable United States federal and state sweepstakes laws.

2.2 Not Gambling

Our Platform is not a gambling or gaming service under any applicable federal or state law. Specifically:

• We do not accept wagers of money or anything of value in exchange for a chance to win
• Gold Coins (GC) have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for prizes
• Sweeps Coins (SC) are provided free of charge and can be redeemed for prizes
• The purchase of Gold Coin packages does not constitute gambling or wagering
• No purchase is necessary to participate or receive Sweeps Coins

2.3 Sweepstakes Legal Structure

Our sweepstakes promotion operates under the legal framework established by the federal Postal Lottery Statute (18 U.S.C. § 1302) exemption for bona fide promotional sweepstakes, which requires three elements: (1) a prize, (2) chance, and (3) consideration. By providing a free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE), we eliminate the consideration element, making this a lawful promotional sweepstakes, not gambling.

2.4 Provably Fair Technology

All game outcomes on our Platform are generated using Chainlink VRF (Verifiable Random Function) oracle technology on the XRP Ledger blockchain. Every spin result is recorded on-chain and can be independently verified by any player. This provides mathematical proof that game outcomes are random and have not been manipulated by the Company.

3.Virtual Currency — Gold Coins & Sweeps Coins

Our Platform uses two types of virtual currency. Neither constitutes real money, legal tender, or any form of cryptocurrency.

3.1 No Real-World Value

Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins are promotional virtual currencies only. They have no real-world monetary value outside of the limited redemption rights described for Sweeps Coins. You acknowledge that GC and SC are not property, do not represent any real-world asset, and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside our Platform.

3.2 Company Ownership

All virtual currency on our Platform remains the property of MaxResults4U Business Solutions at all times. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use GC and SC solely for gameplay on our Platform. This license terminates immediately upon closure or suspension of your account.

4.Purchasing Gold Coin Packages

4.1 What You Are Buying

When you purchase a Gold Coin package from our Platform, you are purchasing Gold Coins only. Any Sweeps Coins included in a package are provided as a promotional bonus gift from the Company and are not part of the purchase. The price you pay is solely for the Gold Coins received.

4.2 Payment Processing

Gold Coin packages may be purchased via credit card, debit card, or supported cryptocurrency payments including XRP, XLM (Stellar), Bitcoin via Lightning Network, and ETH. All crypto payments are final and non-refundable once confirmed on-chain.

4.3 Refund Policy

Gold Coin purchases are generally final and non-refundable. Refunds may be issued at the Company's sole discretion in cases of technical error, duplicate charge, or unauthorized transaction. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected]. Any Gold Coins credited as part of a refunded purchase will be removed from your account. Sweeps Coins received as part of a refunded purchase will also be removed. If those SC have been played, any associated winnings will be voided.

4.4 Pricing

Gold Coin package prices are displayed on our Platform and may change at any time without prior notice. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

4.5 Spend Limits

The Company reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly spending limits on Gold Coin purchases at any time. We may require identity verification (KYC) before processing purchases above certain thresholds.

5.Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) — Free Entry

5.1 Free Entry Methods

Sweeps Coins may be obtained at no cost through the following methods:

5.1.1 Daily Login Bonus

Registered players who log into their account will receive a daily allocation of free Sweeps Coins. The amount varies and is displayed on the Platform. No purchase is required to receive the daily login bonus.

5.1.2 Mail-In AMOE Request

You may request free Sweeps Coins by mailing a handwritten request to our AMOE address. To receive free SC via mail:

• Send a 3"×5" index card or postcard (no envelopes accepted)
• Handwrite your full legal name, email address associated with your Platform account, and mailing address

5.1.3 Social Media Promotions

We periodically offer free Sweeps Coins through official social media channels. Follow our official accounts for announcements. Participation in social media promotions is subject to the terms of the applicable social media platform.

5.1.4 Promotional Events

From time to time, we may distribute free Sweeps Coins through in-game events, tournaments, referral programs, or other promotional activities. Details will be posted on the Platform.

5.2 AMOE Limitations

AMOE requests are limited to one per person per household per week regardless of method used. Attempts to circumvent these limits may result in account termination and forfeiture of all virtual currency.

6.Sweeps Coin Redemption

6.1 Redemption Eligibility

To redeem Sweeps Coins for prizes, you must:

• Have a minimum of 100 SC in your account
• Have completed the required 1× playthrough of your SC balance
• Have completed full identity verification (KYC) including government-issued photo ID
• Be a resident of an eligible state (not a Prohibited State per Section 7)
• Have an account in good standing with no pending violations
• Be at least 18 years of age

6.2 Redemption Options

Eligible Sweeps Coins may be redeemed for the following prize types:

• Cryptocurrency prizes — XRP, XLM (Stellar), Bitcoin via Lightning Network, or ETH sent to your verified wallet address
• Gift cards — available denominations posted on Platform
• Additional redemption options may be added at the Company's discretion

6.3 Redemption Rate

Sweeps Coins redeem at a rate of 1 SC = $1.00 USD equivalent in prizes, subject to minimum redemption amounts and processing times. Cryptocurrency prize values are calculated at the time of processing using prevailing market rates.

6.4 Processing Times

Cryptocurrency redemptions are processed within 24 hours of KYC verification approval. Blockchain settlement times vary by network: XRP (~3 seconds), XLM (~4 seconds), BTC Lightning (~1 second), ETH (~12 seconds). Gift card redemptions are processed within 5 business days.

6.5 Maximum Redemption

The Company reserves the right to impose maximum daily, weekly, or total redemption limits. Current limits are posted on the Platform and may change at any time.

6.6 Tax Obligations

Prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes received. The Company may be required to collect tax information (W-9 form) from winners receiving prizes valued at $600 or more in a calendar year. Prizes are reported to the IRS as required by law. Cryptocurrency prizes are valued at fair market value on the date of redemption for tax purposes.

6.7 Forfeiture

Unredeemed Sweeps Coins will be forfeited if: (a) your account is closed, suspended, or terminated for any reason; (b) your SC balance is inactive for 12 consecutive months; (c) we determine you obtained SC through fraudulent means; or (d) you are found to be ineligible to participate.

7.Prohibited States & Geographic Restrictions

7.1 Prohibited States

Our sweepstakes promotion is void where prohibited by law. Players residing in the following states are NOT eligible to participate in the sweepstakes or redeem Sweeps Coins for prizes:

7.2 Your Responsibility

You represent and warrant that you do not reside in a Prohibited State. If you move to a Prohibited State, you must immediately cease participating in the sweepstakes. Gold Coin gameplay for entertainment purposes only (without SC redemption) may still be available in some Prohibited States where permitted by local law.

7.3 International Users

This Platform is intended for United States residents only. Access from outside the United States is not authorized and any such use is at the user's own risk. The Company makes no representations that the Platform is legal or appropriate for use outside the United States.

8.Account Registration & Security

8.1 One Account Per Person

You may only create and maintain one (1) account per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of all accounts and forfeiture of all virtual currency. Limit one account per household.

8.2 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You must promptly update your account information if it changes. We may require identity verification at any time.

8.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at [email protected]. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

8.4 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, technical issues, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, all virtual currency is forfeited.

10.Blockchain & Cryptocurrency Features

10.1 Provably Fair RNG

All game outcomes are generated using Chainlink VRF (Verifiable Random Function) technology. Each spin generates a unique, verifiable on-chain transaction hash that can be independently audited. The Company does not control or influence RNG outcomes once the VRF request is submitted.

10.2 Wallet Addresses

You are solely responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses for cryptocurrency prize redemptions. We are not responsible for prizes sent to incorrect wallet addresses provided by you. All cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain.

10.3 Blockchain Risks

Blockchain networks may experience congestion, delays, forks, or technical issues outside our control. The Company is not liable for delays in cryptocurrency prize processing caused by network conditions.

10.4 Cryptocurrency Volatility

The value of cryptocurrency prizes may fluctuate significantly. Prize values are determined at the time of processing. The Company is not responsible for any increase or decrease in the value of cryptocurrency prizes after processing.

11.Staking Rewards Program

11.1 Program Description

The Company operates live blockchain validator nodes on the XRPL, Stellar, and Cosmos networks. As a promotional feature, the Company may share a portion of staking yield with eligible Platform users in the form of bonus Gold Coins credited to their account.

11.2 Not Financial Advice

Staking reward credits are a promotional feature only and do not constitute an investment product, security, or financial instrument. Advertised APY rates are estimates based on current network conditions and may change at any time without notice. Past performance does not guarantee future rewards.

11.3 Gold Coins Only

All staking rewards distributed through the Platform are credited as Gold Coins only. Staking reward GC have no cash value and cannot be redeemed. The Company does not hold user funds in a staking arrangement — all staking is performed by the Company on its own validator infrastructure.

11.4 Program Changes

The staking rewards program may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. The Company makes no guarantee of continued staking reward distributions.

12.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all virtual currency:

• Creating multiple accounts for the same person or household
• Using bots, scripts, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to play games
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors for unauthorized advantage
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes by any means
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
• Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Selling, trading, or transferring virtual currency or accounts
• Using another person's account or payment method without authorization
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Any activity that violates applicable law or these Terms
• Harassment of other users or Company staff
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy any element of the Platform

13.Intellectual Property

13.1 Company IP

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the "Captain Crypto Super Slots" name, logos, game graphics, software, code, text, images, and audiovisual content, is the proprietary property of MaxResults4U Business Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

13.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works.

13.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us become our exclusive property and may be used without restriction or compensation to you.

14.Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14.2 No Guarantee of Availability

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or security breaches. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time.

14.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MAXRESULTS4U BUSINESS SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING LOSS OF GOLD COINS, SWEEPS COINS, OR PRIZE VALUE, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR GOLD COIN PACKAGES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

14.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MaxResults4U Business Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

15.Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pasco County, Florida for any disputes not subject to arbitration.

15.2 Mandatory Arbitration

EXCEPT FOR DISPUTES THAT QUALIFY FOR SMALL CLAIMS COURT, ALL DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION UNDER THE RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (AAA). YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

15.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND THE COMPANY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

15.4 Informal Resolution

15.5 Time Limit

Any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform must be brought within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose, or it will be permanently barred.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
